1 Year Check Up

Well yesterday we went for McKenzie's 1 year old check up.
23 lbs. 29" long And healthy child.

We did also check on her ear infection: the swelling is down but still a little red but we have 4 more days of medicine so it should be cleared up. She also got shots along with a flu shot. She cried and then held her breath so long that we think she popped some blood vessels under her eyes and on the side of her face by her ear. They also checked blood work and everything looked great! She has really gotten attached to her pacifer so we are trying not to let her have it so often. This should be fun!

McKenzie is walking, she can say Momma, DaDa, Papaw, Nanaw, and JJ. She points to things she wants and will shake her head no when she doen't want it. We are trying to work on words now so she is learning day by day! I will just be glad when she is back to her Happy little self!
